Time: Between 9am and 9pm Mon-Fri, Weekend Cover
Duration: Significant Part Time up to Full-Time
Location: Harrogate & District, Driver Required
Pay Rate:£7.00-8.00/hr depending on skills & experience + potential bonus
The individual would be responsible for a group of the Professional's commercial customers. She/he must be capable of dealing with customers, assessing cleaning quality and performing commercial cleaning by themselves. They would have a strong background in the field and/ or management of staff and customers. The individual would be involved in staff recruitment, training, QA checks and would be required to provide holiday/sick cover to provide a seamless service. Our Business
The Professionals have four business divisions focused on different types of cleaning:
Training
On entry to The Professionals you will undergo Induction Training which covers your contract, our major policies and working practices. It also provides basic Product Training, covering the safe and appropriate use of products we have selected and use every day.
All staff will undergo training in cleaning techniques - some of which will be classroom based and some which will be 'on the job'. This is the first step in our Role Based Training.
Individuals entering the organisation as Supervisors will go through Supervisor training - the second step in our role based training programme - as will those who are being trained to become supervisors when they are ready.
Depending upon what kind of work you are undertaking you are extremeley likely to go through different Specialist Training Modules which might include Office Cleaning, Spring Cleaning, One-off Cleaning, Oven Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning and Builders Cleaning.
If you have never done cleaning before you needn't worry - we will give you all the training you need. What we are looking for is people who are reliable, friendly, hard working and have a great attitude - given that we will do the rest! If you are one of those people - get in touch!
