Office Cleaning

The Professionals provide a full range of Office Cleaning services ranging from an individual Office Cleaner on a fortnightly or weekly basis, up to daily cleaning, 7 days a week.

  • Our whole operation is geared towards providing 100% reliability - we provide holiday and sick cover, as and when required
  • Weekly Office Cleans generally take between 2 and 3 man hours (but the choice is yours of course) 
  • Daily Office Cleans vary hugely dependent upon the size of the office - from an hour and a half to several man hours
  • We hold keys for the majority of our customers.
  • All our staff - your team - are referenced. Most stay with us for a long time. We are fully insured
  • We don't just clean, we often provide consumables and perform janitorial tasks
  • We support most Payment Methods - the cheapest is called Simply Clean - a standing order payment system. 
  • As a customer you can manage your cleaning online, if you want to via Professionals Online
  • We conduct single, weekly or fortnighly visits from a minimum charge of £18.50 + VAT

  • For many customers we also supply consumables - we provide a total cleaning solution
  • We provide janatorial services such as bulb changing, toilet seat repair etc.

  • Our Health & Safety Policy is fully documented - we usually distribute it electroniucally to our customers
  • We have COSHH sheets for our cleaning products - we can distribute these electronically too
  • We have a lone worker policy which requires workers to check in when they have finished their jobs
  • We are fully insured

  • Different rates apply depending upon what time of day the cleaning is required and  the payment method chosen.
  • If your cleaning has to be in the day, we will likely send a team/individual in a van. The cost base for this rate includes the cost of the van, insurance and paying the staff to travel to the job. This rate is £15.83 /hr + VAT.
  • If your cleaning can be done in the evening then we try to assign employees who live nearby. This means they can make their own way to/from your premises from their home. The rate for this type of clean depends upon how you pay - £12.50/hr by weekly Simply Clean standing order, £13.00/hr by monthly Simply Clean standing order. £13.50 if not by standing order. All rates are subject to VAT.
