Paying By Credit Card
By Phone....
If you are an existing customer and would rather settle your current balance by phone then that is absolutely fine - give us a quick call and we can put the payment through whilst you are on the line.
You can also accept a quote and pay in one go by phone.
If you want to pay for a quote online you need to let us know that you have accepted it. Contact Us via any method and we will update our system. You will then become a customer and be able to log on and pay, as below.
Online....
If you are an existing customer you can pay online. Your user name will be your email address so this needs to be known to us. Contact Us via any method if you don't think we've got it.
To log on, click on the blue Customer Login button in the top right hand corner of any of the web pages. You will be prompted for a user name and password.
If you are logging on for the first time or have forgotten your password, click the new password button.
A computer generated password will be sent to the email address which is the username (you can change your password after you have logged on).
Paying A Balance
Having logged on, click on My Account to see your current balance and click on the pay now Worldpay logo to settle the bill.
We would recommend that having logged on for the first time you click on My Details and change your password to something more memorable.
