- Domestic Cleans happen between 9 and 5pm, Mon-Fri
- You choose a day and tell us what time constraints you have - most people prefer to be out whilst we're cleaning but some want to be in! We schedule your jobs within these constraints
- Weekly Cleans are 'same day, same time';
- The time of day for a Fortnighly Clean may vary but by agreement only
- Occasional Cleans fit into a gap in our schedules - we can contact you at an agreed interval or you can contact us when you are ready for another clean
- We provide 100% holiday and sickness cover - we will always be there for you
- Domestic Teams are usually teams of 2, occasionally 3
- Your Team will bring everything they need with them
- Apart from larger properties, teams of 3 are used to build experience of your requirements so that we can provide seamless holiday and sickness cover which is all part of the service
- One of Your Team will be your supervisor who will be responsible for your cleaning, managing rotations and interpretting your instructions
- Keys are checked out to your supervisor at the start of the day and checked in again at the end of the day
- The keys are coded and have no reference to the customer or address to which they belong
- The keys are kept overnight in state of the art keysafe technology
- The key safe is inside an alarmed building connected to a monitoring centre
- We are insured for public liability, employee liability, incidents and accidents
- Most poeple have between 2 and 3 hours (although some have more)
- 2 hrs Weekly House Cleaning costs £33.90 per week by our Simply Clean standing order payment method
- 2 hrs Fortnightly House Cleaning costs £36.00 per fortnight by standing order (we have to pair up fortnightly customers which isn't always possible)
- You can pay: online, by credit card over the phone, by bank transfer, cheque or cash...or by Simply Clean standing order - the cheapest method!
