• The cleaning of all surfaces, removal of all rubbish, dusting and mopping throughout, vacuuming and mopping throughout, kitchen and bathrooms
• The changing of bedding and towels and filling out a laundry list, the replenishment of consumables and supplies
• Setting out the welcome pack
• Conducting the end of clean QA check list
  

Option B: Customer Service Helpline which...

• Operates within and outside of office hours
• Handles Customer Queries on apartment facilities and any minor issues
• Usually operates  additional service on top of Option A (but not necessarily!)
• Actions Customer Issues  - either escalating them to the owner, referring to an out of hours maintenance provider or responding directly if Option C is also chosen....

Option C: On-site Service

• Telephone Response: The Professionals will respond directly to customer issues by visiting the site (rather than escalating, in the first instance)
• Conducting Minor Maintenance:e.g. light bulbs, blocked sinks; Customer On site advice: e.g. heating, wifi and router queries etc
• Laundry preparation: checking dirty/ clean laundry in and out; laundry prep for service cleans
• On-site service is conducted at your agreed hourly rate

• Whichever combination of Options you choose, you can use our online service to manage your cleaning
• You can log on via the blue button in the top right hand corner of this website
• You will be able to see both future and historical cleans
• You will be able to post instructions for the clean, give feedback and cancel cleans (sufficient notice required)
• You will be able to see your account and settle the balance online
