Step 2  Pre-spray - to  lift dirt, marks and bacteria

Step 3  Hot Water Extraction - a carpet cleaning machine forces carpet cleaning solution into the pile of the carpet and sucks it back

Step 4  'Buff n Finish' - a carpet buffer machine dries & lifts the pile

Step 5  [Optional] Application of carpet protector - a sealing layer

• The cleaning process is very effective on chairs and upholstery
• A special hand tool is used to get into all of the nooks & crannies
• If you have covers that can't be removed, this is a very effective way of cleaning/ freshening up upholstered furniture items
• Generally we would come and see sofas/ chairs and confirm that they are suitable (most are)

• Furniture? All but the biggest/heaviest can be moved as part of the clean
• Dry Time? The carpet will be dry in a couple of hours
• Walking on it? Avoid it if possible when damp as it flattens the pile (but not a major issue)
• Can every carpet be cleaned this way? No, pure wool carpets should not got through this process
• Carpet Protector? Seals the carpet providing a water resistive layer on the clean pile

• Prices start at £45.00 + Vat per average room sized carpet.
• This includes the full cleaning treatment.
• Subsequent rooms are cheaper, as is a whole house
• You can pay by card, cheque or cash
• For carpet cleans of more that one room, you can achieve a 14% discount by paying upfront and a 7% discount by paying a 25% deposit on booking
