If you are an existing customer and your email address is known to us you can log onto this website and see your account. This will allow you to:
- See upcoming jobs, leave instructions, skip cleans
- See jobs we've done and leave feedback
- View your account and pay online
- Update your contact details on our system
To log on, click on the blue Customer Login button in the top right hand corner of any of the web pages. You will be prompted for a user name and password.
Your username is your email address. You will not be able to log on unless our system knows of your email address - this is a security feature.
If you haven't logged on before, you simply request a password by clicking on a link. A new password will only ever be sent to your email address. This is also a security feature.
Contact Us via any method if you don't think we've got your email address or you are having any problems
If you are logging on for the first time or have forgotten your password, the process is the same - click on requesting a password for some simple instructions.
1 of 4: See Upcoming Jobs, Leave Instructions, Skip Cleans
By clicking on Upcoming Jobs you can see jobs which have yet to be done. By clicking on instructions you can add some specific things required for a job - your instructions will be flagged up in the office and will automatically become part of the job notes for the team.
If there is sufficient notice period you will be able to click on cancel next to an Upcoming Job which will casue this particular clean to be skipped. You are canceling this clean on our system in the office by clicking on this link.
2 of 4: See Jobs We've Done and Leave Feedback
You can see the cleaning jobs that we have done for you in the past by clicking on Job History. You can leave feedback by clicking on this link next to a particular job. This will be flagged up on our system in the office and the feedback will be given to the team.
3 of 4: View Your Account and Pay Online
By clicking on Statements you can view and print the statements of your account for the current and preceding months. This defaults to the current month but you can select a previous one from the drop list at the top of the screen and press Go. You can pay off a balance by clicking on the WorldPay Pay Now button and entering your card details.
4 of 4: Update Your Contact Details (and password!)
The first thing you might want to do is change your password to something more memorable - click on change password and follow the instructions - but that's up to you of course!
You can update your contact numbers and your email address by clicking on edit account information. In doing this you are updating the records on our system in the office.
First Time Log On (or if you've Forgotten Your Password)
If you are logging on for the first time or have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgoten your username or password?" link. Enter your email address at the prompt and press the Send My Password button.
A computer generated password will be sent to the email address which is the username fairly instantaneously. You can change your password to something more memorable as soon as you have logged in - see above.
